It can be a time consuming and daunting experience for an employer dealing with disputes in the workplace. This is why we are able to provide support tailored to the needs of the business particularly those with limited resources.

Many employers do not have a designated in-house human resources function, either because problems which arise are infrequent or the business cannot justify the cost. We recognise that from time to time, employers need support and guidance to navigate their way through problematic workplace situations.

A lot of problems can be avoided where action is taken early, however, not understanding what to do can cause delays, make the problem worse and damage employment relations.

It can be difficult to know how to identify a potential problem and how to deal with it. The actions of those responsible will either help to resolve the difficulty and protect the business so far as reasonably practicable or create further difficulties and place a business at risk of an employment tribunal claim.

We can prepare training for key personnel which is practical, pragmatic, personable and easy to understand. It is not standardised but rather based on the requirements of our clients as we appreciate that not all businesses are the same and their support requirements will be different. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they are better equipped at addressing workplace problems and also how better to support the workforce.
